Our practice is committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and has a unique focus on serving historically overlooked populations, including:

We recognize that traditional evaluation methods often miss nuanced presentations of concerns like autism, ADHD, and related neurodivergence in these client and patient groups due to high masking, internalization and highly specific presentation. Our approach illuminates such concerns that are often overlooked and missed while maintaining a strength-based focus on empowering each client’s neurodivergent traits.
Our Approach Includes
- Intensive patient clinic conference(s) elapsing two to four (2-4) hours each visit (at home, office, the clinic and/or via telehealth)
- Highly comprehensive biopsychosocial, sociocultural and neuropsychological evaluation
- Request and review of all relevant medical and personal dossier materials as applicable
- Conference with providers and outside site data gathering (work, school, community settings, etc if indicated)
- Diagnostic clarification and documentation (report writing, letters, supportive evidence inclusion, etc)
- Patient care coordination, planning and monitoring (including remote patient monitoring if indicated)
- Multi-specialty team-based approach (clinical case consultation, supervision and review of cases by multi-specialty doctors/clinicians is undertaken for every case)
- Patient advocacy and consultancy in referral, obtaining early and evidence indicated interventional care and facilitating navigation of the American healthcare and socioeconomic systems
