FAQ

What is the practice appointment cancellation policy?

In the event of an extenuating circumstance, emergency or illness, we do not bill a fee for cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance. We require 48 hours advance notice for all other circumstances from the time of appointment in Denver, Colorado timezone MST (GMT-7). This is so that we may offer the appointment to another patient, client or family on the waiting list. The standard cancellation fee is $250 as stated in the informed consent procedures.

All appointments must be canceled online in the patient portal.
