Hi, I am Dr. Forrest Harding, a Columbia trained specialist doctor in Neuropsychology, Consulting and Counseling, based in beautiful Colorado.

I provide a safe space in neuropsychological and psychiatric assessment, evaluation and treatment to reevaluate priorities, slow down and find ease. I approach treatment with humor, warmness and analogy in helping patients and families see different perspectives. My approach is solution-oriented while being eclectic, exploratory and expansive. Treatment and assessment/evaluation is focused on establishing a full picture of patient history, relationships and current levels of functioning. Then collaboratively a treatment plan is established to meet patient and family goals.
I empower patients in learning new skills, exploring individual strengths and discovering creative life course solutions. My goal is to guide client’s towards exploring life’s many forms of joy and fulfillment while discovering creative and new ways to look at life. I provide patients an inclusive and identity affirming space where clients can learn new skills to overcome addictions, strengthen relationships, sleep better and feel happier.
In children, adolescents and emerging adult patients, the focus is on assessment, evaluation and treatment. In treatment, the focus is on facilitating effectual navigation of strong emotions and stressful situations. Guidance, skills, therapy and evaluation is facilitated to address concerning developmental changes and potentially challenging thoughts, emotions and behaviors (i.e. anxiety, depression, academic or social concerns, etc). The primary goal is to facilitate positive change in home and educational settings, improve adaptive coping skills and greatly increase propensity for life course success.
I help people and families thrive in particular with neurodiversities including NDD’s, ADHD/autism, psychoeducational, neuropsychological and related concerns. Learn more, read what makes us different and schedule a complimentary ten minute consultation here.
